  LAGOS STATE SCOUT COUNCIL SUCCESSFULLY TRAINED OVER 300 FIRST CLASS SCOUTS - 2023. In accordance with the vision of the Training Department and the State Scout Council that grassroots development across LSSC is essential for the effective propagation of Scouting ideals and ethics. From Monday 28th to Saturday 2nd September, 2023, all qualified Second Class Scouts within Lagos State Scout Council (Troops, Districts & Divisions) converged in three Zones to train her First Class Scouts.
